Deposits:
  • A 50% deposit is required within 7 working days of making the provisional booking, to hold the room.
  • Accommodation will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.
  • The balance is payable on departure.
Cancellation:
  • More than 30 days prior to arrival date: No cancellation fee
  • 15-30 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the deposit
  • 7 to 14 days prior to arrival date : 75% of the deposit
  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the deposit.
Check-in:
  • After 14h00 and check-out by 11:00
